I am a performance coach, not just a personal trainer. My work starts in the gym and ends wherever your next challenge is — the promotion you have been hesitant to ask for, the conversation you keep avoiding, or a life that finally feels as strong as you want it to be.
Before coaching I served as a paratrooper in the Greek Special Forces, trained under sustained physical and psychological pressure where staying calm under load was not a philosophy but a requirement. That experience is the foundation of everything I teach.
I specialise in high-performing, time restricted clients. Executives, professionals and driven individuals who carry chronic stress in their bodies, struggle with posture, sleep and energy, and want a system, not just a programme. My approach combines biomechanics, nutrition, nervous system regulation and structured behaviour change to turn training into a method for changing your whole life.
